How do I get the deal?

Download the DQ® App and follow the prompts to register for a DQ® Rewards Account. Please note that deals may take up to 24 hours to display after logging into a rewards account for the first time. On an Apple device, the DQ® App requires iOS 16.0 or later, and if you are using an Android phone, the App requires Android OS 6.0 or later. While signed into your account in the app, the BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal can be found by clicking on the deals tab, which will take you to the deals page. If you cannot see the deal, please ensure that you have a favourite location saved in your account profile. If your DQ® Rewards account was created before March 23, 2026, the BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal will be loaded to your account on March 23.

How do I redeem the deal?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal can be redeemed in a mobile order or in-person at the register. To redeem this deal in a mobile order: Make sure that the DQ location you want to order from participates in Mobile Ordering & Rewards. After confirming the location participates, add your first Blizzard Treat and a second Blizzard of equal or lesser value. Tap the bag icon and review your order. Scroll down to the My DQ Rewards & Deals heading and swipe through your available deals and rewards until you locate the ‘BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat’ deal. Tap View Deal. Tap Use in Mobile Order. If the deal has been properly added, you will see a green checkmark next to the deal name. Tap Checkout. Please note that if your order does not contain two Blizzard Treats you will receive an error saying that the deal you selected is not valid on this order. To redeem this deal in-store at the register: Make sure that the DQ location you are visiting accepts mobile deals. Tap the Deals tab on your app. Tap the ‘BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat’ deal. Scan the deal’s barcode OR tap Redeem With 5-Digit Code if the store does not have a scanner. If you tapped Redeem With 5-Digit Code, tap Get My Deal to activate the deal. Wait to tap Get My Deal until you are at the register because after you tap Get My Deal, you will have 15 minutes to redeem the code. The cashier will need to obtain the code that appears while the 15-minute timer is running for the deal to be valid. If the deal is not redeemed before the timer runs out, it will expire and cannot be reissued. Please ask the team member whether they need the barcode or 5-digit code to redeem your offer.

How does the BOGO discount apply?

The BOGO discount will apply to the Blizzard of equal or lesser value to the first Blizzard.

Can I use the deal for my family members?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat can be redeemed once per day use and is valid on one transaction containing two Blizzards. Each customer must have their own DQ Rewards account to receive the DQ Rewards exclusive offer.

Can I use the deal more than once?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal can be redeemed once per day March 23-April 19.

Why is the deal not in my app?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal is only available to DQ Rewards Members in Canada. To receive the deal, you must be logged into your DQ Rewards account and have a favourite location saved to your profile. If you do not have a DQ Rewards account, you must register to receive the BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal. Please note that deals may take up to 24 hours to display after logging into a rewards account for the first time. If you have deals in the Deals tab of your app but you do not see the BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal, please follow these steps: Force close and reopen the DQ® App Log out and back into your DQ® Rewards account Delete and reinstall the DQ® App

Is this deal available in Quebec?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal is a DQ app exclusive, the DQ Rewards program is currently not available in Quebec. Locations in Quebec are offering an in-store offer of Buy one Blizzard treat get a second Blizzard of equal or lesser value for $2.49. This offer is available to Fans in Quebec at participating location March 23-29.

Why didn’t my deal work?

The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal will not be applied unless two Blizzards are added to your order. The discount will be applied to the Blizzard of equal or lesser value.

Where did my deal go?

DQ Rewards Members will receive the BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal on March 23. The BOGO $1.99 BLIZZARD® Treat deal can be redeemed daily and will expire on April 19, 2026.
